Role Description This full-time, in office Accounts Payable Specialist role is based in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate payments in line with company policies.

Daily tasks include reconciling accounts payable transactions, preparing and reviewing expense reports, and posting journal entries in the accounting system. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies,



responding to payment inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date records for audits and reporting.

The Accounts Payable

Specialist will also support continuous improvement of finance processes and help maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of accounts payable processes.
- Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports and Journal Entries (Accounting) in an ERP or similar system.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Excel and other financial tools, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and prior experience in an accounts payable or finance role.
