About the Company

SnxwFairies Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a technology and software product company building innovative SaaS and business automation solutions. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Finance Officer to manage day-to-day accounting, financial transactions, compliance, documentation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting of all financial transactions.
- Handle bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, payment records, expense statements, debit/credit notes, and other financial documents.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable and coordinate with internal teams for timely collections and payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Assist in GST, TDS, income-tax, and other applicable statutory compliance activities in coordination with consultants/management.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash-flow statements, outstanding reports, expense reports, and other management reports.
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, auditors, tax consultants,



and other financial stakeholders.
- Verify purchase bills, expense claims, supporting documents, and payment requests before processing.
- Maintain proper financial controls and ensure transactions are recorded according to company policies.
- Support management in budgeting, cash-flow planning, financial analysis, and business decision-making.
- Assist in year-end closing, audit preparation, and preparation of financial information required by statutory auditors.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial and business information.
- Identify accounting discrepancies, unusual transactions, or process gaps and report them to management.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare and analyse basic MIS and financial reports.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to independently manage routine accounting activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.




- Proactive approach with strong follow-up capability.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in a technology/SaaS/start-up company will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting software, ERP systems, and cloud-based financial tools.
- Experience in handling multiple bank accounts and digital payment transactions.
- Working knowledge of Excel functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic financial reporting.

Key Performance Expectations The selected candidate will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, ensure timely reconciliations and statutory compliance, maintain strong financial documentation, provide reliable MIS to management, and support effective cash-flow and financial control.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is disciplined, trustworthy, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and capable of taking ownership of accounting and finance operations with minimum supervision.

Salary

Salary: 2.5 LPA 5.0 LPA, depending on qualification, experience, and competency.
