Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and overall accounts activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor invoices, payments, collections, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Review accounting entries and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.




- Handle accounting transactions and reporting through SAP.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reconciliation in SAP.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in FMCG, trading, fresh produce, or a similar industry will be preferred.
