Job Purpose

To oversee all financial aspects of the Food & Beverage (F&B;) operations including budgeting, cost control, revenue tracking, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The F&B; Finance Manager ensures financial health, compliance, and supports strategic decision-making for the department.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting Develop and monitor annual budgets for all F&B; units and outlets. Forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability based on historical data and business trends. Track actual vs. budgeted performance and report variances to management. 2. Cost Control & Analysis Analyse food costs, labour costs, and overheads regularly to identify inefficiencies. Monitor inventory usage, wastage, pilferage, and implement controls. Collaborate with the executive chef and store manager to streamline purchasing and stock levels.

2. Revenue & Billing Oversight Oversee daily revenue reconciliation from restaurants, cafeterias, and catering services. Ensure proper invoicing and collection for internal and external F&B; services. Coordinate with the billing team for corporate, credit, and event-related billing. 4.

Management & Payments

Validate purchase orders, goods received notes, and vendor invoices. Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.



Monitor outstanding payables and maintain positive vendor relationships.

3. Financial Reporting & Audits Prepare and present financial statements and MIS reports related to F&B; operations. Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Support internal and external audits with required data and documentation. 6.

System & Process Improvements

Work with IT and F&B; teams to enhance ERP/inventory system integration. Automate reporting and tracking tools for faster decision-making. Review and optimize SOPs for finance-related F&B; processes.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. CA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent degree
2. 5–8 years of experience in F&B; or hospitality finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role 3.Experience in healthcare, institutional catering, or large-scale food operations is a plus

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
