Experience: Freshers to 1 year

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

- Core Bookkeeping: Recording Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries in ERP for vendor invoices and customer receipts.
- Taxation Support: Performing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) calculations, deductions, and monthly reconciliations.
- GST Compliance: Assisting with GST 2A/2B reconciliations and supporting the preparation of GSTR-1 returns.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconciling corporate credit cards (like AMEX), bank statements, and tracking mismatches.
- Financial Reporting:



Supporting senior executives in compiling data for Management Information System (MIS) and revenue classification reports.
- Cash Management: Managing day-to-day petty cash transactions and maintaining clear documentation

Profile Requirements

- Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA/CMA Inter students or fresh graduates.
- Software: Foundational knowledge of Tally ERP and an absolute comfort with MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Skills: Attention to detail, basic understanding of Indian Direct & Indirect tax laws, and strong communication skills.
