We currently have 15 full time permanent India Associates and are actively growing the team.

We are hiring at two levels for our Ahmedabad office. Both roles own a book of 25 to 30 U.S. small business, real estate investor, and complex individual clients, preparing monthly, bi-monthly, and quad-monthly financial statements in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and REIHub, plus filing U.S. sales, use, and personal property tax returns. WCG defines Accounting Services as Bookkeeping + Analysis, not just reconciliations.

You will think, spot issues, and communicate with clients directly. This is not clean-and-close work.

The a) Accounting Services role is for someone with foundational U.S. bookkeeping experience ready to grow into deeper client ownership. The b) Accounting Services Supervisor role is for someone with 3 to 5 years of U.S.



bookkeeping experience who can own engagements end to end with minimal oversight. Supervisor at WCG means seniority and independence, not people management.

You are a strong fit at either level if you hold an active CA, CPA, or EA (or are actively pursuing one), are proficient with QuickBooks Online and Xero, and communicate confidently in English. Rental property or REIHub experience is a plus. You get real client relationships and a genuine career path from Associate to Supervisor to Senior Supervisor to Manager.

The specifics: onsite at our Ashram Road office, core hours 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Budgeted compensation is INR 14.0 to 15.3 LPA (CTC) at the Accounting Services level and INR 16.7 to 18.2 LPA (CTC) at the Supervisor level, with performance bonuses of 15 to 20% on top where applicable.
