Key Requirements
Experience: 2–4 years in accounting role
Education: B.Com / M.Com (MBA Finance is a plus)
Strong hands-on experience in Tally (ERP/Prime)
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
Valuable understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities in Tally (ERP/Prime)
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Handle GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
Manage TDS calculations and filings
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
Maintain proper documentation and data management
