Role Overview:

We are looking for a lively, articulate, and highly strategic Account Manager with exceptional communication skills to drive integrated brand solutions. This role bridges high-impact mainline advertising and digital marketing, taking complete ownership of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from unpacking client briefs to delivering compelling pitches.

Note: Candidates must have core agency experience in client servicing with demonstrated exposure to both mainline (print/OOH) and digital campaign workflows.

Core Responsibilities:

- Brief Decoding & Strategic Research: Deeply analyze incoming client briefs, conduct thorough market research, analyze category trends, and study competitive landscapes to extract meaningful insights.
- Strategy & Campaign Development: Formulate initial brand strategies, integrated campaign routes, creative directions, and trend-aligned themes tailored across mainline and digital channels.
- Internal Creative Alignment: Translate strategic directions into actionable briefs for the internal creative & copy team, guide and curate collateral development to ensure output aligns perfectly with the brand’s vision.




- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary, polished point of contact for luxury and lifestyle clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination, expectation management, and strategic alignment.
- Escalation & Problem Solving: Address client feedback, campaign adjustments, and tight turnarounds with speed, poise, and sharp judgment.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on client servicing and account management experience within tier-1 or tier-2 advertising agency.
- Integrated Skillset: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in both mainline advertising and digital brand execution.
- Industry Portfolio: Direct experience managing brands in Luxury, Real Estate, Premium Hotels/Hospitality, Haute Horlogerie (Watches), or premium lifestyle segments.
- Tech Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint (for pitch-deck creation and strategic presentations) and Excel.
- Availability: Immediate joiners (or candidates with a short notice period) are strongly preferred.
