Accounts Executive – Roles &

- ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

- Daily Accounting

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries.

- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

- Maintain cash and bank transactions.

- Accounts Payable &
- Receivable

- Verify vendor invoices and process payments.

- Maintain customer outstanding and vendor payable records.

- Follow up on pending payments and collections.

- Bank Reconciliation

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.

- Check and resolve differences between bank statements and books.

- Billing &

- Invoicing

- Prepare and verify invoices.

- Ensure proper documentation for sales and purchases.

- Maintain invoice records.

- GST &

- TDS

- Assist with GST return preparation and reconciliation.

- Maintain TDS records and support TDS return filing.

- Verify GST/TDS details in invoices.

- Payroll Support

- Coordinate with HR for salary-related accounting entries.

- Assist with payroll, PF, ESI, and qualified tax accounting.

- Month-End Activities





- Prepare monthly closing entries.

- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.

- Ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded.

- Documentation &

- Compliance

- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

- Assist during internal and statutory audits.

- Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures.

- Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts reports.

- Provide outstanding, expense, cash flow, and other financial information to management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel

- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESI

- Good accounting and reconciliation skills

- Attention to detail

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to maintain confidential financial information

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
