We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support our freight forwarding operations.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts receivable & payable records
- Prepare and issue invoices for freight forwarding and logistics services
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Assist in GST/taxation compliance and filings
- Support monthly financial reporting and audits
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams for account reconciliation
? Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (freight forwarding/logistics preferred)
✔ Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel & accounting software
✔ Basic understanding of GST and accounting standards
