We are seeking experienced Academic Consultants to provide end-to-end guidance for Master’s and PhD theses as well as Scopus and WoS-indexed publications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation and supervision for Master’s and PhD theses
- Offer full-cycle support for Scopus and WoS journal publications
- Assist with proposal writing, data analysis, and manuscript preparation
- Review and guide Thesis Chapters 1–5
- Ensure quality in academic formatting, referencing, and compliance with journal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Business, Management, Social Sciences
- Must be 1st author of at least one Scopus or WoS-indexed publication
- Proven experience in research supervision or academic consultation
- Excellent command of academic writing and publication standards
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Quantitative Analysis: SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS
- Qualitative Analysis: NVivo, Atlas.ti, or manual coding
- Technical Skills: Python, R, Deep Learning, or Software Development
- Robust record of peer-reviewed publications

Pay: ₹56,500.00 - ₹221,000.00 per month
