Experience: 3+ years, ideally 4 to 6 years

Compensation: ₹10 to ₹14 LPA CTC, based on demonstrated production capability

MANDATORY AI PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE

This is not a conventional 3D Animator position. AI-assisted production will be integrated throughout CAIZON’s character-development and cinematic pipeline.

Applications will be reviewed only if the candidate demonstrates:

1. Current hands-on proficiency with Higgsfield Cinema Studio
2. Current hands-on proficiency with Runway or a comparable controlled AI video workflow
3. Experience with at least one editable AI motion pipeline such as Autodesk Flow Studio, Rokoko Vision or DeepMotion
4. Experience with Meshy, Tripo or a comparable AI-assisted 3D asset workflow
5. Professional production capability in Blender or Maya
6. Character cinematic experience using Unreal Engine 5, Blender or an equivalent production renderer

Using an AI interface is not sufficient. Candidates must be able to integrate AI outputs into an editable 3D production pipeline, correct the results manually and maintain character consistency across multiple shots.

ABOUT CAIZON

CAIZON is building original character IP from India for the world, beginning with NOKO and expanding into multiple independent characters, stories and universes.

We are hiring a primary in-house 3D production contributor who can translate approved character briefs, scripts and visual direction into reusable 3D characters, supporting assets, cinematic tests and polished proof-of-concept content.

THE ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Leading the hands-on development of stylized 3D characters from approved concepts through modelling, sculpting, topology, UVs, texturing, materials and look development
2. Creating body and facial rigs suitable for performance tests, short-form animation and trailer production
3. Producing expression sets, pose libraries and reusable animation assets
4. Creating supporting props, modular environments and world-building assets
5. Translating approved scripts and storyboards into animatics, shot layouts, camera staging, character performances, lighting and rendered sequences
6. Applying Higgsfield, Runway and other approved AI tools to previsualisation,

camera exploration, performance transfer, shot development, cleanup and controlled enhancement
7. Using editable AI motion workflows and manually correcting retargeting, contact, deformation and animation problems
8. Using AI-assisted 3D tools for props, environments, blockouts, materials and variations
9. Maintaining character proportions, materials, expressions and visual identity across 3D and AI-assisted outputs
10. Maintaining organised source files, naming standards, version histories, prompts, workflow files and production documentation
11. Preparing characters, rigs, textures and animation assets for future episodic-production partners
12. Assembling and delivering trailer sequences with approved support for voice, music, sound, advanced FX or specialist finishing

MANDATORY PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION

Applications without all the following materials will not be reviewed:

1. Character asset breakdown

One stylized character showing final renders, topology or wireframe, UVs, textures, rig controls and deformation or expression tests.

2. Character-driven cinematic work

One moving sequence showing character animation, cameras, lighting and final rendering. Static character renders are not sufficient.

3. AI production case study

One or more character-led sequences demonstrating hands-on use of Higgsfield Cinema Studio and Runway or a comparable controlled workflow.

4. Editable AI-assisted workflow

One example using Autodesk Flow Studio, Rokoko Vision, DeepMotion, Meshy, Tripo, ComfyUI or a comparable tool alongside Blender, Maya or Unreal.

5. Production breakdown A short breakdown identifying:

- Exact tools and model versions
- Original inputs and references
- What AI generated
- What was manually modelled, rigged, animated or corrected

- Editable source files that remain after generation
- How character drift was controlled
- Approximate production time saved
- Licence and provenance of external assets

6. Personal contribution A clear explanation of what the candidate personally modelled, textured, rigged, animated, lit, generated, rendered and edited.

AI-only showreels, prompt collections, unexplained generated clips, architecture-only portfolios, product-rendering-only portfolios and static character portfolios will not be shortlisted.

IP AND CONFIDENTIALITY

This role involves unreleased CAIZON characters, worlds, scripts and production materials.

All concepts, characters, models, rigs, textures, animation, prompts, workflows, outputs, source files and derivative work created for CAIZON projects form part of CAIZON’s proprietary company work product under the employment agreement.

Candidates retain rights in unrelated pre-existing work. Any pre-existing models, plug-ins, stock assets, datasets or third-party materials proposed for a CAIZON project must be disclosed and approved before entering the production pipeline.

Confidential CAIZON materials may be used only through company-approved accounts, tools and production systems. Public portfolio use requires written approval from CAIZON.

INITIAL PRODUCTION TARGET The initial target is a polished 30 to 45 second quality benchmark within the first 90 days, followed by a 2 to 3 minute vertical-slice trailer within approximately four to six months.

The trailer will use a controlled character and setting scope, with approved specialist support for voice, music, sound, advanced FX or finishing where required.

SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid 6 to 8 hour practical using a non-confidential evaluation brief.

The practical will require:

- An 8 to 12 second character-led sequence
- Two or three connected shots
- Use of Higgsfield or Runway
- Use of at least one editable 3D or motion workflow
- Editable source files
- Prompt and workflow documentation
- AI usage and asset-provenance disclosure

Evaluation work will not be used commercially.
