We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling and execution-ready spatial designs.

Role Summary

As a 3D Designer at Xarm, you will be responsible for visualising experiential concepts through high-quality 3D designs, renders, layouts and technical drawings.

You will work closely with Conceptualizers, Visual Designers, Event Operations and Client Servicing teams to create environments that are not only visually impactful but also practical, scalable and production-friendly.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys designing immersive experiences and wants exposure to a wide variety of experiential marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Visualization

- Develop 3D concepts for exhibitions, conferences, product launches, brand activations and corporate events.
- Create realistic renders and walkthrough visuals for client presentations.
- Design exhibition booths, stages, experience zones, registration areas, display units and branded environments.
- Translate creative concepts into practical spatial designs.

Technical Design

- Prepare detailed working drawings for fabrication.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and production layouts.




- Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with venue constraints.
- Support fabrication teams with design clarifications whenever required.

Project Collaboration

- Work closely with Conceptualizers to visualise creative ideas.
- Collaborate with Visual Designers to ensure consistency across 2D and 3D branding.
- Coordinate with Event Operations to optimise fabrication, logistics and installation.
- Support Client Servicing teams during presentations and design discussions.

Creative Development

- Participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Contribute ideas to improve visitor engagement and spatial experiences.
- Explore innovative materials, structures and technologies.
- Stay updated on global trends in experiential design, exhibitions and environmental graphics.

Quality & Execution

- Ensure all models, renders and drawings meet quality standards.
- Verify dimensions and production specifications before release.
- Maintain organised project files and design assets.
- Deliver designs within agreed project timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong spatial imagination and visualisation skills.
- Understanding of scale, proportion, materials and lighting.




- Good knowledge of exhibition and event environments.
- Ability to balance creativity with production practicality.
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
