Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant

We're hiring an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management Functional Consultant with robust functional expertise and end-to-end implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management solutions.
- Lead solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Identify functional gaps and recommend effective Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide functional guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience




- 68 years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation cycles.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Talent Management, including configuration and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Performance Management

- Goal Management

- Profile Management

- Succession Planning

- Talent Review
- Knowledge of additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
