Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist with 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign strategy, and performance analytics to drive high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting strategies
- Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing page recommendations
- Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports with actionable insights
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in Meta advertising
- Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing ad creatives
- Implement conversion tracking using Meta Pixel and Events Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Strong understanding of Ads Manager and Business Manager
- Experience with campaign objectives (Traffic, Conversions, Leads, etc.)
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, conversion tracking,



and retargeting strategies
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is a plus
- Basic understanding of copywriting and creative strategy
- Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Certification in Meta/Facebook Blueprint (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience handling monthly ad budgets

- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Cost per Lead (CPL) / Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
- Click-Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
