Ruchi Solutions is inviting applications from dedicated and compassionate Nursing Professionals on behalf of our reputed client based in Mumbai. The client specializes in providing professional Home Healthcare Services, including experienced Nannies, Japa Ladies for Postpartum Care, Skilled Maids, and Qualified Nurses for Home Patient Care.

Selected candidates will undergo qualified training conducted by the client before deployment. Upon successful completion of the training, candidates will be placed according to suitable assignments.

- Staff Nurse
- Home Care Nurse
- Patient Care Nurse

Educational Qualification

Candidates possessing any of the following qualifications are eligible to apply:

- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
- B.Sc. Nursing
- M.Sc. Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN)

Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

- Home Nursing Care
- Elderly Care
- General Patient Care
- Post-operative Patient Care
- ICU/Home Critical Care Assistance
- Baby Care & Newborn Care
- Monitoring patient health and vital signs
- Assisting patients with daily living activities
- Administering medications as prescribed
- Maintaining hygiene and ensuring patient comfort
- Coordinating with family members and healthcare professionals

Assignments may be offered in:

- Mumbai
- Navi Mumbai
- Other nearby locations





Assignments will be offered only after obtaining the candidate's consent and based on suitability.

Salary

Compensation will depend upon the nature of the assignment, experience, qualifications, and working hours.

Working Hours

Working hours and shift patterns will vary according to the assignment (Day Shift, Night Shift, Live-in, or Rotational).

Training

- Professional training will be provided by the client before deployment.
- Multiple placement opportunities will be available after successful completion of the training.

Accommodation & Food

Accommodation and food (where applicable) will be discussed directly with the client during the interview, depending on the assignment.
