Chalti Fashions is a growing ladies wear brand specializing in stylish and affordable unstitched suits. We sell through Website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and retail store channels and are looking for a smart and active to handle online customer inquiries and order processing.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries on WhatsApp & Instagram
- Share product details, prices, and availability
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Take customer details and confirm orders properly
- Coordinate with dispatch team for shipping
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers
- Follow up with interested customers
- Update order status and maintain records
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram & smartphone
- Basic computer/mobile handling knowledge
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills
- Experience in clothing/fashion sales preferred
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 6 days working
