Hairfix Clinic is looking for an experienced DHI Hair Transplant Technician to assist in Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) procedures. The ideal candidate should have expertise in graft handling, loading implanter needle, implantation, and maintaining high graft survival rates. #Key Responsibilities * Assist the surgeon during DHI hair transplant procedures. * Extract follicular units using FUE techniques (if required). * Perform graft dissection, sorting, counting, and preservation. * Load grafts into Implanter accurately. * Assist in DHI implantation while maintaining graft quality. * Ensure proper hydration and handling of grafts throughout the procedure. * Prepare and maintain OT setup, instruments, and consumables. * Follow strict sterilization and infection-control protocols. * Monitor patient comfort and provide post-procedure guidance.



* Maintain treatment records and procedure documentation. #### Requirements * Experience in DHI Hair Transplant procedures. * Proficiency in graft loading and handling. * Knowledge of graft preservation techniques. * Understanding of aseptic OT protocols. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Ability to work efficiently during long procedures. #### Preferred Skills * Experience with Implanter needle. * Experience in high-graft-count sessions. * Ability to maintain excellent graft survival and quality standards.
