Flymedia Technology is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be able to create social media strategies, write engaging short-form content, and coordinate with video editors and designers to deliver high-quality content based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Write short-form scripts, video hooks, captions, and content briefs for Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content writers to ensure content is delivered as per client requirements.
- Understand client objectives and convert them into engaging social media content.
- Review video edits and provide creative feedback before publishing.
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to trends,



and suggest new content ideas.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely delivery of content.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Solid ability to write engaging short-form content and video scripts.
- Experience coordinating with video editors and creative teams.
