- CA Inter qualification with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (MBA in Finance preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related functions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software tools such as Tally, SAP, or Zoho Books.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of statutory compliance and financial reporting standards.
- Prior experience in IT or technology-driven organizations (preferred).
- Exposure to cost analysis, budgeting tools, and process automation initiatives (preferred).
