We are seeking a talented Hightouch CDP Consultant to design, implement, and optimize warehouse-native customer data solutions using Hightouch.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and marketing teams to enable audience activation, customer segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time marketing use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Hightouch Platform Implementation

- Configure and administer Hightouch CDP environments.
- Build and manage audience activation workflows.
- Create customer segments and activation use cases.
- Configure destinations and data syncs across marketing platforms.
- Support Reverse ETL implementations from cloud data warehouses.

Must have -("High touch" OR Braze)

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with Hightouch CDP or Reverse ETL platforms.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Experience working with:
- Snowflake
- Databricks
- BigQuery
- Redshift

- Understanding of customer data models.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with API-based integrations.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms.
