Job Description:

Overview: The NetSuite Technical Consultant will spearhead our NetSuite Operations, focussing on our Enterprise SaaS Industry. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and business insights, requiring the successful candidate to oversee, customize and enhance NetSuite according to our specialized business needs.

Role Grade: Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant – A3

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design and customize NetSuite solutions to meet business needs, including but not limited to financial management, CRM, inventory management and e-commerce.

- Develop and maintain SuiteScripts (JavaScript based scripting language) for customizations and automation.

- Configure NetSuite modules, custom fields, records, forms, workflows and reports.

- Integrate NetSuite with third party systems and applications using SuiteTalk (WebServices integration), RESTlet or other integration methods

- Perform Data migrations and data mapping activities.

- Provide Ongoing Support, troubleshooting and maintenance for existing NetSuite implementations.

- Stay updated with NetSuite releases, features and best practices.

- Writing scripts, workflows, custom records and integrating NetSuite with other systems as needed.





Requirements:

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Accounting, Business Administration or a related fields

- Experience:

- Ideally 4 to 6 years minimum total work experience

- 4+ years of direct experience with NetSuite within an enterprise SaaS context.

Skills (Mandatory)

- Knowledge on Web Technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Restful APIs

- Experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SDF

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 versions

- Solid understanding of NetSuite architecture, data model and capabilities.

Skills (Good to Have) (Note: list of skills that will add value to the role):

- Experience with handling Release Preview technical insights

- Experience with Agile project management

Certifications (Good to have): NetSuite Foundation and NetSuite Application Developer

Work Timings:

- Standard Work Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday

- Flexible Hours: Should be flexible for on-call support.

- Remote Work: Remote/Office. Work from office / Work from home
