We are looking for skilled Service Engineers with strong technical knowledge in packaging machinery to handle installation, commissioning, testing, and after-sales service. The role demands hands-on expertise and the flexibility to travel extensively across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, test, and commission VFFS / HFFS packaging machines at client sites
- Perform routine servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve breakdown issues
- Conduct machine trials, training, and demonstrations for client teams
- Prepare service reports and maintain detailed records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support and parts availability
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics
- Experience: 5–7 years in installation and servicing of packaging machinery
- Skills:
- Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
