- Monitor and control all running equipment parameters following prudent operating practice.
- Maintain and update station operation records and prepare all required reports on plant operation.
- Direct supervise the operations and maintenance personnel assigned to the shift on day to day activities of the plant.
- Monitor and interpret plant operating data and render decision.
- Assist in planning and scheduling the operations of the generating units in preparing the shift assignment of all personnel.
- Assist in conducting performance test, analyzing operational data and develop operational plans that will optimize plant performance and profitable.
- Perform diagnostic work on electro-mechanical faults and plant outages and recommend repair of equipment as may be appropriate.
- Specially perform on switching switchgear of power plant substation in LV, MV and high voltage system.
- Issue work permit like cold work, hot work, lock out/tag out and isolation of any system as per requirement of safely maintenance work.
- Any other task as assigned by management.
