Overview: Patel Infrastructure Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Executive to join our IT department at our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, infrastructure, and services to ensure optimal performance and efficiency across all PIL sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's IT operations and support our infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Operations:

- Manage SAP NetWeaver version 7400.3.8 for creating Work Orders, Service Entry Sheets (SES), and Material Reservations in coordination with IT requirements.

1. Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Cycle:

- Document and oversee the Procure-to-Pay process within SAP for IT department needs.

1. Hardware and Software Management:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Maintain inventory of desktop hardware products and manage asset tracking.

1. Printer and Network Management:

- Configure and manage network printers, including consumables such as toner and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for printer repairs and part replacements across all PIL sites.
- Monitor and ensure optimal performance of printers through regular maintenance.

1. Security and Antivirus Management:

- Manage Sophos Antivirus Intercept X Advanced Endpoint Protection.
- Install,



maintain, and renew antivirus software across PIL sites.
- Monitor daily reports on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Potentially Unwanted Applications (PUA), and malware affected files.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain IT documentation and prepare IT assets inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Educational Qualifications:

- B.Tech in Computer Engineering from IGNOU, Vadodara (2013).
- Diploma in Computer Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Dahod, Gujarat (2009).

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in LAN/WAN networking, DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, IIS, VPN.
- Experience with D-Link switching, Wireless Access Point management, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Cisco routers, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF protocols, and NAP configuration.
- Robust understanding of VLSM, CIDR, and subnetting.
- Experience with remote access VPN setup (client-side).
- Installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows servers (2000, 2003, 2008, 2012) and Exchange Server Outlook 365.
- Familiarity with client operating systems including Windows and Linux.
- Skills in firewall management, antivirus deployment, and server security.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of peripheral devices and desktop hardware upgrades.

Certifications:

- ASP.NET Certification from Aryan Web Services.
- PHP Certification from ORS Infotech.
- CCNA Certification from CMS Infotech Service Pvt Ltd.
