Job Description:

Role: Responsible for vehicle arrangement, price negotiation, preparing inward/outward reports, bill verification, and proficient in computer operations

- A logistics in-charge oversees the productive movement, storage, and delivery of goods by managing supply chains, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, optimizing warehouse operations, tracking inventory, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring compliance with regulations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-controlled distribution. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, budget management, and implementing safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute the movement and storage of goods from origin to consumption.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping processes, optimize warehouse layout, and manage inventory levels.
- Transportation: Plan and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, select carriers, negotiate contracts, and optimize routes.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and transporters, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service from external partners.
- Inventory & Order Management: Track inventory,



manage orders, and ensure the right products are delivered to the right location on time.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate logistics employees, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently and adhere to company procedures.
- Budget & Performance: Manage logistics budgets, evaluate expenditures, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Quality & Compliance: Implement and maintain quality control standards and ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and legal guidelines.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints, investigate delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with the product and delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain network and implement best practices.
- Skills Required
