- Recruitment Support: Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule candidate interviews.

- Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new hire paperwork, coordinate first-day logistics, and conduct basic orientation.

- Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate employee files and databases using an HRIS.

- Employee Assistance: Act as a first point of contact for routine staff questions regarding company policies and advantages.

- Payroll & Leave Tracking: Monitor attendance, sick leave, and paid time off to supply data for payroll processing.

Requirements & Skills
- Education:



High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

- Computer Literacy: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems.

- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for interacting with job applicants and staff members.

- Attention to Detail: High accuracy when managing sensitive data, contracts, and compliance records.

- Discretion: Strict ability to maintain the confidentiality of employee and company information.
