Navinyaa Solutions is hiring an AI Automation and Integration Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, automation engineering, LLM integration and workflow automation. This is a client-facing build role: the position maps client workflows, designs and delivers working proofs of concept using agentic frameworks, RAG pipline etc.

Position Summary

The AI Automation and Integration Consultant is responsible for identifying automation opportunities within client operations and for designing, building and delivering working automation solutions that address them. The position combines client-facing discovery work with hands-on technical implementation.

The role reviews client processes, scopes automation candidates from business requirements rather than written technical specifications, and develops proofs of concept that demonstrate feasibility and value.

RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities

A. Workflow Discovery and Automation Assessment

- Review client business processes, in conjunction with the Principal Consultant,



to identify high-value automation candidates across finance, operations, customer service, and marketing functions.

- Translate business requirements into technical scope, including effort estimation and feasibility assessment,beforeo commencement of build activity.

- Prioritize identified automation opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and integration risk.

B. Proof of Concept Design and Development

- Design and build working proof-of-concept automations that demonstrate technical feasibility and business value within compressed timeframes.

- Apply agentic frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and workflow automation platforms to defined client problems.

- Develop end-to-end solutions, including data integration, prompt design, evaluation methodology, and user interface.

C. Production Integration Support

- Support client teams in transitioning validated proofs of concept into internal systems and production environments.

- Prepare technical documentation covering solution architecture, dependencies, configuration parameters, and known limitations.

- Provide technical handoff support to enable client engineering teams to operate and extend delivered solutions.

D. Private and Custom LLM Solutions

- Architect and deploy private or fine-tuned model solutions using AWS Bedrock or comparable platforms where required by client data governance or security requirements.

- Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation architectures, including chunking strategy, embedding model selection,n and retrieval evaluation.

- Configure and tune vector databases for client-specific knowledge bases and document repositories.

Required Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent demonstrated practical experience.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years and up to 5 years of hands-on professional experience in AI/ML engineering, automation engineering o, or a closely related technical role.





- LLM platforms: Practical working experience with AWS Bedrock, or demonstrated ability to attain proficiency within a short onboarding period.

- Retrieval-augmented generation: Demonstrated experience designing and building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.

- Agentic frameworks: Working experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or comparable frameworks.

- Workflow automation: Working experience with platforms such as Zapier, Make,e or n8n, together with general REST API integration experience.

- Solution scoping: Demonstrated ability to develop an end-to-end proof of concept independently from a stated business requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a consulting or client services environment.

- Familiarity with additional LLM platforms, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.

- Exposure to clients in the banking, retail, manufacturing, ing or professional services sectors.

- Cloud or AI certifications from AWS, Microsoft Azure, or an equivalent provider.
