Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 4+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in the Loan Origination System (LOS) domain. The candidate should have strong expertise in functional testing, defect management, and end-to-end testing of LOS applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of loan processing systems through comprehensive testing activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Prepare detailed and comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Execute test cases and validate application functionality against requirements.
• Perform System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.




• Identify, document, and report defects with appropriate severity and priority.
• Track defects through their lifecycle and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.
• Perform defect re-testing and validate bug fixes.
• Conduct impact analysis and regression testing for new releases and enhancements.
• Participate in requirement discussions, walkthroughs, and review meetings.
• Ensure testing deliverables are completed within defined timelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly testing status reports and provide project updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and other project stakeholders.

Technical Skills
• Robust understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Hands-on experience in:
o Test Case Preparation
o Test Execution
o Defect Reporting
