NAbout the Role:
NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical U.S. Accountant to join our finance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, a strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles, and experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.
NThis role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial reports, supporting tax compliance, and working closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. N
- Perform monthly reconciliations and support month-end closing. N
- Manage Accounts Payable(AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). N
- Handle accruals, amortization, reversals, GL mapping, and Chart of Accounts. N
- Manage controlling accounts, account finalization, and FX transactions. N




- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. N
- Support preparation andfiling of U.S. federal and state tax returns. N
- Assist with internal and external audits and maintain accurate financial records. N
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide financial insights to management. N

nRequirements:

- Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field. N
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment. N
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks. N
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel. N
- Good understanding of U.S. accounting principles and financial reporting. N
- Knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, GL, accruals, amortization, and month-end closing. N
- Exposure to U.S. federal and state tax compliance is preferred. N
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. N
