Its business model focuses on strong product expertise in agricultural and textile sectors while strategically growing into additional markets.Role Description The Import Export Sales and Marketing Specialist (freelancer) will manage full-time, on-site responsibilities at the Aurangabad location. This role involves identifying and developing new international customers, managing inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships across export and import markets. The specialist will prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, coordinate order processing, and work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and documentation compliance. Daily tasks include market research, competitor analysis, and execution of sales and marketing strategies to grow the companys presence in international trade.



The role also includes handling customer service issues, supporting trade shows or buyer meetings, and preparing regular sales and performance reports.QualificationsExperience in export operations with strong skills in Export and Import Export processes.Knowledge of import procedures and regulations, including Import and International Trade practices.Proven ability in Customer Service, particularly in handling international clients and resolving queries effectively.Understanding of global trade documentation, incoterms, and compliance with international trade regulations.Robust sales and marketing acumen, with experience in B2B trade, lead generation, and relationship management.Effective communication skills in English; additional language skills relevant to target markets are an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines.Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Aurangabad, manage multiple accounts, and meet targets within timelines. .
