Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to support HR analytics, reporting, and HR systems initiatives. This role will partner with global HR teams to deliver workforce insights, maintain data integrity, and enhance HR processes through data-driven decision-making.ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and maintain HR data from multiple sources including HRIS, ATS, payroll, and employee records.Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for global and local HR teams.Support HR metrics and analytics such as headcount, attrition, hiring trends, performance, compensation, and workforce planning.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.Partner with global HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver data-driven insights.Assist in automating reports and improving data processes for increased efficiency.Support key HR projects involving data analysis, audits, policy updates,
and compliance reporting.Maintain confidentiality and follow data governance best practices.Skills & Experience3 - 5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or similar data-focused roles.Hands-on experience working with HRIS/HCM platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar systems is required.Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).Experience creating HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.Understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and reporting best practices.Experience working with ticketing and workflow management systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus.Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.Positive communication and ability to collaborate with global teams.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Qualifications & CertificationsBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fi .
