This internship provides a hands-on experience where you can write real code, solve real problems, and make a meaningful impact in line with Cheggs mission to help every student succeed.Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to end-to-end feature development, participate in system design discussions, and ensure clean, shippable increments.- Work across the tech stack building user interfaces, extending backend microservices, writing SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and data transformations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage AWS services for building and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure.- Develop dashboards, extract insights from large-scale data, and work with analytics partners to deliver data products.- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests,



and adopt observability practices like structured logging and metrics dashboards.Qualifications Required:- Currently in final year of or completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.- Solid foundation in at least one general-purpose programming language (Python, Java, Node, etc.).- Understanding of fundamental data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.- Eagerness to learn new technologies quickly and work across unfamiliar stacks.- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to use AI-assisted development tools effectively.Additional Company Details:Chegg is a student-first connected learning platform that aims to improve the return on investment in education by helping students learn more effectively, affordably, and in less time.
