- Sales Leadership & Business Development: Drive LAP disbursement targets, develop marketing strategies, and build a high-performing team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with direct customers and third-party channel partners (DSAs, brokers).
- Operations & Risk Management: Monitor branch sales, oversee documentation, ensure faster TAT (Turnaround Time), and control delinquency (PAR X, GNPA).
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage the performance of Sales Executives and staff.
- Strategy & Compliance: Identify local market trends and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance.
