The role ensures accurate stock management, smooth material flow to production, compliance with safety standards, and effective utilization of storage space. Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices are followed.
- Coordinate material movement between stores, production, and dispatch departments.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and warehouse operations.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.
- Maintain GRN, MRN, stock registers, issue slips, and dispatch documentation.
- Update inventory transactions in SAP/ERP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly inventory reports.
- Lead and supervise store staff, operators, and helpers.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, ISO, and safety standards.
- Monitor housekeeping, fire safety, and pest control within the warehouse.
