As a Supply Chain Manager at HealthSy Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing vendor-driven supply chain functions for our pharmacy business. Your responsibilities will include vendor onboarding and management, procurement planning, vendor issue resolution, supply alignment, cross-functional coordination, reporting, process improvement, team leadership, and strategic contribution.Key Responsibilities:- Vendor Onboarding & Management - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors/suppliers - Ensure vendor compliance with standards and regulations - Build and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, and manufacturers - Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and supply agreements - Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement- Procurement Planning & Vendor Coordination - Lead procurement planning aligned with demand inputs - Coordinate with internal teams for order finalization - Manage rack rent-out opportunities and drive vendor partnerships - Oversee inventory merchandising readiness and align supply with store requirements- Vendor Issue Resolution - Act as the primary point of contact for vendor escalations - Travel to vendor locations to resolve supply disruptions - Ensure quick resolution of delivery delays and discrepancies - Maintain strong communication between vendors and internal teams- Supply Alignment & Demand Support - Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with demand forecasts - Support inventory teams in maintaining optimal stock levels - Provide inputs to reduce expiries, wastage, and supply gaps - Drive demand-based supply planning improvements- Cross-functional Coordination - Collaborate with operations, finance,
