Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform machine setup, startup, and changeover activities for hot-forming operations.
- Ensure machines are correctly configured as per product and process requirements.
- Monitor and maintain production yield, minimizing rejection and material wastage.
- Handle tooling, mould, machine parameter adjustments, and changeover activities.
- Troubleshoot basic machine/process issues during production.
- Ensure production is carried out as per SOP, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain production records, setup parameters, and changeover documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and safety practices within the production area.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in vial and syringe hot-forming operations will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in machine setup, yield improvement, and changeover activities in manufacturing environments can also be considered.
