1. To work with Factory EHS In-charge to implement safety initiatives
2. To conduct regular site inspection & monitoring of various factory activities
3. To coordinate internal / external safety audits / inspections
4. To coordinate with EHS team and implement the EHS programs / initiatives in factory
5. To coordinate with Contractors Safety Marshals to implement the safety programs
6. To assist on timely preparation and analysis of compilation of safety reports/statistics
8. Identify key safety risks in the operations and carry out risk assessments for the activities in factory
9. Identify and Coordinate with different site departments for safety related compliances
10. Carry out safety training and induction for staff/contractors

1. Valuable knowledge of Safety related statutory regulations and GFR.
2. Have adequate knowledge for Risk Management Techniques such as JSA/HIRA
3. Have skills to carry out Accident Investigation, Safety Audits and Inspections.
4. Have skills for preparing timely EHS reports.
5. Skills for imparting training/inductions
