Duties and Responsibilities
Expectations/Requirements: •Drive growth & marketing campaigns for merchant cross sell business through M1 App, focused on key metrics: such as Revenue Generation ,Funnel Management ,Lead Management•Responsible for heading and overseeing all the user communication channels (Push Notifications, SMS, In-App Banner)



•Customer segmentation and micro-segmentation to be used for communication and building curated product features as well as offers •Set up merchant cross sell product behaviour.•setting road map for path to profitability .Performance Marketing – 1-Campaign segmentation 2-Increase Campaign efficiency Performance Marketing-•Defining Merchant offer on cross sell product.•Automation of Reports for Real Time Tracking .•Designing Promotional Activity to engage & improve cross sell activity. •Work closely with the business stakeholder for E2E Funnel.•Designing & Planning communication for Merchant Cross sell Engagement. •Tracking the performance of campaign & taking course corrective action. •Data driven decision making to understand the necessity of merchant.•Add strategic value to processes through competition mapping and best practices adoption •Prepare monthly updates and reports on performance and progress to be shared with Project Head and other Vertical Heads. •Driving Cross Sell•Improve offer count of cross sell product.
Required Qualifications and Experience
