About the Role

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Reel Creator who can create engaging, high-quality Reels and short-form videos for our textile/fashion brand.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram trends, fashion content, product presentation, shooting and video editing, and should know how to create content that attracts viewers and increases engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and short-form videos showcasing fabrics, collections, designs and products.
- Conceptualize and execute creative Reel ideas based on current Instagram trends, trending audio, transitions and formats.
- Shoot videos using mobile phones/cameras with good understanding of lighting, framing, angles and product presentation.
- Create product-focused videos highlighting fabric quality, texture, prints, colours, designs and styling.
- Develop content around new launches, collections, festive seasons, offers and promotional campaigns.
- Create behind-the-scenes content, showroom/factory videos, styling videos, product demos and trend-based content.
- Write basic hooks, captions and content ideas for Reels.
- Keep track of trending content, sounds, hashtags and Reel formats relevant to the textile and fashion industry.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing and design teams for content requirements.




- Maintain a consistent visual style and ensure all content follows the brand's image.
- Monitor Reel performance such as views, reach, engagement and follower growth and suggest improvements.
- Ensure regular and timely delivery of content as per the monthly/weekly content calendar.

Requirements

- 13 years of experience in Reel Creation, Video Content Creation, Social Media Content or Video Editing.
- Experience in textile, fashion, ethnic wear, apparel, jewellery or lifestyle brands will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video trends.
- Good video shooting and editing skills.
- Good understanding of hooks, transitions, music, pacing and audience retention.
- Strong creative sense and an eye for fashion, aesthetics and visual presentation.
- Ability to independently develop Reel concepts and execute them from shooting to final edit.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced textile/fashion environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.

Preferred Skills

- Basic photography skills.
- Experience creating content for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
- Knowledge of fashion/textile terminology.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating with models when required.
- Knowledge of basic lighting and mobile videography.
- Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Gujarati/Hindi will be an advantage.
