Key Responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end Requirement Traceability by mapping business requirements to test cases and defects.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive functional test cases with adequate test coverage.
Execute test cases, validate results, and document test evidence in the designated test management tools.
Adhere to established QA processes, standards, and best practices throughout the testing lifecycle.
Actively participate in Sprint Grooming, Backlog Refinement, and Planning sessions to understand requirements and identify testing impacts.
Log, track, retest, and verify defects to ensure timely closure and resolution.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including test artifacts, execution results, and change records in the repository.
Prepare and manage test data required for functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
Perform peer reviews of test cases and defect reports to ensure quality and completeness.
Participate in daily stand-up meetings, status updates, and progress discussions with project stakeholders.




Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and address quality concerns.
Mentor and guide junior team members on testing processes, tools, and application-related changes.
Support test planning, estimation, and risk identification activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
Experience in functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing support.
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar tools.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
