As an Experienced Associate in Strategy - Enterprise & Functional Strategy, you will engage with client and project teams to support global engagements from India, focusing on delivering impactful results. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will conduct primary and secondary research, develop insights, and analyze data to address client challenges. You will capture current processes, identify opportunities for value, and prepare work plans to design future processes. Your role will involve working directly with client teams, facilitating meetings, and organizing recommendations on client issues.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities
- Conducting primary and secondary research to develop insights and address client challenges
- Analyzing large data sets to identify value-driving opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborating with client teams to capture current processes and design to-be processes
- Facilitating meetings to enable decision-making and align on strategic objectives
- Organizing and preparing recommendations on client issues for impactful outcomes
- Participating actively in new business development and thought leadership activities
- Supporting the development of financial models and strategic solutions for client engagements
- Designing implementation roadmaps aligned with client strategic visions and goals
- Gathering and interpreting business requirements to craft insights and strategies
- Facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
- Reimagining processes to enhance business performance and agility through digital interventions
- Utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Alteryx for data analysis and visualization
What You Must Have
- At least a Master in Business Administration's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
