- Accurately enter raw data from shift logs, weighbridge slips, and production reports into the DPMS platform.
- Cross-check entered data against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies or "junk" data.
- Update records regarding inventory levels, equipment downtime, and workforce attendance within the software modules.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports from the DPMS system for departmental heads.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive plant operational data.
- Report any software glitches or UI bugs in the DEMS interface to the IT support team immediately.
- Prior experience with ERP or specialized proprietary software (like DPMS) is a major plus.
- Perform data entry and updates in DPMS system related to project progress, materials, manpower, and documentation
