Responsibilities

- Source and recruit healthcare professionals for US staffing requirements.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, and qualifications.
- Manage candidate pipelines through ATS and recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Work with hiring teams to understand requirements and submission priorities.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.




- Experience recruiting US healthcare professionals such as RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, and other clinical roles.
- Familiarity with CEIPAL, LinkedIn, Indeed, JobDiva, Bullhorn, or similar ATS/recruitment platforms.
- Solid sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet recruitment goals.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
