Position: Facade Procurement Manager

Department: Purchase / Procurement Location: Malur, Bangalore 563130 (Factory) Reporting To: President Role Objective

The Facade Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and managing procurement activities for fa ade and glazing materials, ensuring timely availability, competitive pricing, supplier quality, and cost efficiency. The role will work closely with design, planning, project, commercial, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to fa ade and glazing materials.

- Procure materials including aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, ACP, sealants, gaskets, and other fa ade-related materials.

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers for fa ade materials.

- Prepare and review material requirement plans in coordination with Design, Planning, and Project teams.

- Invite and evaluate quotations from suppliers and negotiate prices and commercial terms.

- Finalise purchase orders within approved budgets and cost targets.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials to the factory or project sites as per project schedules.

- Monitor supplier performance based on quality, price, delivery, and service.

- Coordinate with the Finance team for vendor payments and resolve billing discrepancies.

- Maintain and regularly update procurement records, vendor databases, and material price lists.





- Work closely with Design and Commercial teams to forecast material requirements and control inventory levels.

- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and cost-efficiency targets.

- Monitor market trends and stay updated on new fa ade materials, products, suppliers, and market pricing.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering.

- 5 10 years of experience in procurement/purchasing within the fa ade, aluminium, glass, or related industry.

- Strong technical understanding of fa ade systems and related materials.

- Positive knowledge of fa ade and glazing materials, including aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, ACP, sealants, and gaskets.

- Proven experience in vendor development, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase order management.

- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement documentation.

- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
