- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client requirements for branding, fabrication, and installation
- Handle project planning, timelines, and delivery commitments
- Execution follow up.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and installers
- Aligning with Production team, so no material dispatch without quality check.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion
- Understanding Modes of measurement for making estimates of work executed at sites - provided to Accounts team for Billing.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field (BBA or MBA in operations or Retail Management preferred)
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Client Servicing / Project Coordination (preferably in corporate Signage, Branding, Advertising, or Retail Projects)
- Robust communication and client handling skills
- Strong follow-up and multitasking skills
