Job Description:

Position: Production Executive

Location: Vapi

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of reactors, process equipment, and utility systems.
- Monitor batch processes and maintain product quality as per specifications.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Stores for uninterrupted production.
- Implement GMP, SOPs, safety, and housekeeping practices across the plant.
- Optimize manpower, raw material consumption, and machine utilization.
- Investigate process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain production records, batch documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and statutory regulations.




- Lead production teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
