Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Microservices (MSB) + Kafka + AWS Developer with solid experience designing and developing enterprise-scale distributed applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, AWS Cloud, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Build scalable and resilient cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Implement event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
- Design Kafka producers, consumers, topics, partitions, and messaging workflows.
- Develop highly available and fault-tolerant microservices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.




- Integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design sessions.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and Business teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Java development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture (MSA/MSB).
- Experience developing REST APIs.
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience with Kafka Streams is preferred.
- Experience with AWS Cloud services.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with Git.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD.
- Experience with Jenkins.
- Knowledge of SonarQube.
- Experience with JUnit and Mockito.
- Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
