About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing & SEO Intern who can help us build Ostello's organic presence across search engines, social communities, and content platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, storytelling, internet culture, research, SEO, and discovering what people are talking about online.

You will work across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, blogs, Google Search, LinkedIn, and other relevant communities to create and distribute content that attracts the right audience and builds the Ostello brand.

This isn't just a content-writing role. We are looking for someone who understands why people click, search, read, share, discuss, and engage with content.

What You'll Do:

1. SEO & Content Marketing
Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and content opportunities.
Identify topics that can generate organic traffic and relevant leads.
Write SEO-friendly blogs, guides, articles, landing-page content, and other long-form content.
Optimise content for keywords, headings, internal links, metadata, readability, and search intent.




Identify content gaps and opportunities to improve existing content.
Work on basic on-page SEO and content optimisation.

2. Reddit & Quora Marketing
Identify relevant Reddit communities and Quora topics where Ostello's audience is active.
Research conversations, questions, pain points, and trends.
Write authentic and valuable Reddit posts/comments and Quora answers.
Build credibility and awareness without using spammy or overly promotional content.
Monitor discussions and identify opportunities for Ostello to participate meaningfully.

3. Storytelling
Turn student experiences, teacher journeys, success stories, lessons, and real experiences into compelling content.
Find engaging stories within the Ostello ecosystem and develop them into content.
Create narratives that make the brand more relatable and memorable.
Interview students, teachers, team members, or other stakeholders when required.
