About Lila
Lila is a premium children's furniture and space design studio based in Bangalore. We design Montessori-inspired furniture and learning environments for homes, schools, and commercial spaces, using materials that are beautiful, secure, and built to last. Our clients aren't just buying furniture; they're investing in spaces that respect how children grow, play, and learn.
We're a small, close-knit team, and we're growing fast. Our products are stocked in homes across India, and we're taking on larger space design projects every month. This is a business that genuinely cares about what it puts into the world, and we want people who do too.

The Role
Right now, every client conversation runs through the founder. That's not sustainable, and it's the most urgent thing we want to fix. We're looking for someone to take over the full client journey, from the first DM to the final delivery.
This is not a typical servicing role. Our clients are thoughtful,



design-conscious parents and architects who want to feel heard and understood, not sold to. The best version of this role is someone who can talk to a parent about their child's room the way a knowledgeable friend would: curious, warm, helpful, and then quietly close the order.

You Will Own
All incoming enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and the website
First response and follow-ups for every lead in the pipeline
Guiding clients through the process, from enquiry to design brief to quote to order
Translating client briefs into something the design team can act on, then coordinating on proposals, iterations, and timelines
Keeping the CRM up to date (we use Zoho Books)
Post-sale communication: delivery updates, installation check-ins, follow-through
Flagging discounts, customisation requests, and exceptions to the founder
Occasionally reaching out to architects, schools, or businesses when there's a clear opening to bring in a project
